Functional and Clean

The bathrooms in my apartment were well-designed and functional. While some aspects showed signs of aging, they were clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I had a bit of a mixed experience at Mantra on the Park. While I loved the spacious room and the stunning view of Carlton Garden, the service left much to be desired. There were significant communication issues regarding my payment, which made my stay rather frustrating. Overall, I appreciated the room's comfort and cleanliness, but I hope they improve their customer service for a smoother experience in the future.

The service was hit or miss; while some staff were genuinely helpful, I found them often unavailable when I needed assistance. The value for money didn't quite add up given the lack of free Wi-Fi and other amenities.
